Went with family and we had the breakfast buffet. Very good and tasty food. The menudo was real delicious along with other breakfast options.

We went on a Saturday, the weekend cost is higher than the week day. If you pay with cash it’s a $1 off, 60 and over is only 0.50 cheaper. The place was busy, the way I like it because the food does not sit under the heat lamps or on the steam table for a long time. The enchiladas goes fast! They also have fish! They have various soups. The menudo was good. The pozole was another fast moving soup. They have camote, I was too full to even try it. They have ice cream where you have to scoop it yourself. I much rather have an ice cream machine, that way you don’t have to worry if someone drop something into the ice cream. The chicken mole is another dish that get picked up fast. There’s always another batch of chicken mole coming. The carnitas was very good. They even have some Chinese food! I did not notice that they even have a crayfish boil! The corn bread is amazing! It was moist and bits of corn. It’s not dry like most places. The flan was good, did not get a chance to try the tres leches cake.

I don't speak or read Spanish, so I went based on looks of food. I didn't know what the meats and stuff were. You had to ask for tortillas. The Chinese part was ok, but very little to choose from. It was very busy on the Sunday at 1pm ish when we went. For 1 child, 1 Military/senior, and 3 adults (our oldest is 14 and eats less than our 11 yr old or my husband), drinks for all 5, was $105. A little expensive for what was offered in my opinion. I tried taking pictures, but they were motioning me to put my phone away. Blue Belle ice cream was good. The entire 1.5hra we were there eating and navigating around all the people, they never remade pizza, dinner rolls, potatoes, Chinese noodles, chicken nuggets or one of the types of Mexican rice. Between the 5 of us, we were up to the buffet every 5 or so minutes, and the tables on each side of us were wanting the same things. Between the three tables, none of us saw those items and I'm sure others remade and brought out. I will not return for price and distance for me. It was a decent experience overall.

This place is pricey but there are a lot of options to chose from, the variety of Mexican dishes is actually decent, there are also desserts and salads, my kids enjoyed this place as well, the service was good and the environment was calm. I do recommend trying it.

The food is slightly at good level, maybe not great but factoring in the cost, you can't beat it! Lunch is ONLY $12.50 (minus the softdrink) from open til 3:30pm!! The food tastes WAY better at that price than it would at $19.99! The service is great! Very nice and attentive staff. The place is big, plenty of seating and has a great atmosphere with the Spanish music blasting in the background. Has mainly Mexican foods but there are lines for Asian and American food! Good for the whole family. The desserts are pretty good 👍 If you aren't expecting AMAZING mexican food, you'll definitely be satisfied trying this place out and it won't break your wallet I liked Hacienda Vallarta very much!
